The office coordinator is responsible for the organization and support of the everyday life in the site, the internal communication, business trips organization and event management

Managing administrative activities for main office location;

Maintaining contacts with managers;

Responsible for the timely implementation of administrative activities;

Welcoming guests and visitors of the company;

Arranging business trips and events;

Answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the respective person
